I recently watched a 1 hour YouTube video about how some streamer (Werster? )has been cheating at Pokemon Emerald Battle Factory.
The fact that this community still exists in 2026 is surprising but not too shocking.

I’d imagine The Witcher 3 falls into this camp? Maybe Kingdom Come Deliverance 1 & 2 as well? I can’t be incredibly sure, as I haven’t actually played them.
You mentioned Elden Ring, but it’s much more combat focused and less mini-dungeon puzzles. Though fighting a boss can feel like a puzzle sometimes.
Wuthering Waves might fit your bill, but it’s a free to play gacha game so that comes with its own can of worms. It’s also a bit more combat focused that BOTW and ranged combat + gadgets don’t really exist.
You may like some of the Assassin’s Creed franchise if you never played that. AC2 was my favorite of those, but it’s been a long time since I touched that franchise.

This is correct.

Lookin Style was right there. 😭

Oh yeah. It’s still an insane name. But horse tradition is weird and it shows genealogy to those in the know.

Got a cousin who works with horses and horse breeding and all that jazz.
Likely that this name is just a portmanteau of the mare and sire of this particular horse.

Wow that’s insane.
I used to play and replay Mass Effect 1-3 all the time with all the DLC and it would take me about 30 hours per game.
How long to beat has a completionism run on TW3 at 175.
Nice.

I’m sure it’s a tie in DLC to TW4. Now I’m wondering if I should put off my first TW3 playthrough until this DLC is out lol.

Yeah I saw this the other day, sounds like Nintendo’s lawyers may have taken action because of the Patreon of all things?
It’s mind-blowing why they would do this. Just seems so needless.

I haven’t seen the full thing, but I have seen folks mention that not all the effects have been cleaned up in all scenes. Seems like it just needed some final touch ups, not like the Wolverine Origins movie a few years back where whole scenes were missing vFX.

I agree with you 100%. Smash is basically my favorite couch multiplayer game.

I liked what I played of Pokopia, and I loved Pokemon Legends Arceus.
Other than those, the last time I really loved a Pokemon game was likely Black 2.
I’ve been enjoying some of the quality ROMhacks that have come out in recent years like Lazarus, Odyssey, Emerald Seaglass, and Scorched Silver. I also started casually playing Platinum Kaizo (a difficulty hack), but haven’t played it much at all.
But I’ve had a better time in Odyssey and Lazarus than I have had in a mainline game in a long time.
I’m sure some of it comes from the graphics being inspired by the GSC (Lazarus) or using RSE graphics (Odyssey) and those are the most nostalgic ones for me.

I think that’s the squad. Then SAM, the AI.
Additionally I remember the Kett being the antagonist, and it was something generic like Archon? As the title. That might not be the right title — if it is, it’s because Genshin Impact solidified that term for me.

Pokémon is starting to get there I think.
Mass Effect is still on the ropes for me. Andromeda was okay. I’m personally a bit over all the open world games.

Wait, what’s wrong with Super Smash Bros? Is it just the DLC characters?

Hey, so am I! I was never a big fan of the hack and slash of the original trilogy, but have been loving the axe combat and the Norse mythos.
I have been playing it on Steam Deck and am quite impressed with it.

DoorDash gremlins come in all tax brackets.

I was pretty anti-post limits, but after seeing lemmyshitpost today… well. I can understand why they’re in place.

I think if you follow the rules as they’ve been laid out now, you should be allowed to stick around.
Previously the rule requiring a source or attribution link was not a rule.
While I don’t agree with Beep’s public POV on how website links for the artists are equivalent to an advertisement, it wasn’t against the rules. Just kind of rude.
If they’re willing to follow the rules now, they can stay. It’s that easy.
Apparently this has been an ongoing pattern with him from what the video alleges.
He fakes a respectable record for clout in the community and if he gets discovered as a cheater he just leaves that community.
Here’s the link for the morbidly curious.
