Self confidence is attractive

The time gap between the news stories about Trump Media’s terms and the release of the Trump Phone was only a month or less. Not enough time to put together something like that. My personal conspiracy theory has been that it was an attempt to embarrass the press. The phones were ready to be shipped and TM changed the terms to say there was no guarantee any “Device will be commercially released”. They let that play out on the blogs for a while then released the phones. Now the narrative can be “look how wrong The Media was” instead of, “Look at how cheap these phones made in China are”.

That’s like being a pet.

Why bother with big concerts? Unless you’re rich you’re sitting a half mile away watching them on a jumbo screen next to the stage. I prefer small stage venues. You can get close to the action and often talk to the band at the merch table. Go often enough and you’ll see familiar faces. Those are scene-sters that make the rounds and know the up and coming bands worth seeing, local bands too. You might even catch acts before they get big, everybody starts somewhere. Not everyone show is a winner but you won’t spend a week’s pay

It’s the new “politically correct”. Like a good political slogan it means whatever the listener wants it to mean. Political impressionism? Conservative groups knew they hit the jackpot with PC and have been trying to replicate it for years. “Social Justic Warrior” flopped, too wordy. “Woke” really worked for them

Maybe English speaking people with tattoos of Chinese letters is the equivalent?
