Is that mr krabs?
they’re spouse interacted with a demon child thing and it left marks
lmao

Yeah, I used to use it a long time ago when I was still on windows (supposedly it also works on Linux though).
Iirc you can distribute wallpapers on wallpaper engine as arbitrary JavaScript or just an executable, so this news doesn’t surprise me at all.
If you use snap, or flatpaks, or npm, or anything like that you run the same risks.
one thread I found from 2 years ago where someone asked for the same thing, a lot of the replies are just “you don’t need antivirus on Linux” lmao
So what are good antivirus options for Linux? is it still pretty much just ClamAV?

I’ve slept on my stomach for as long as I can remember, and have never had any neck problems. That’s just me though, don’t want to say it’s fine for everyone.

Wait what the hell is a Stratofortress? i only know that as the stratovarius song.

Are you sure it’s not the square key one you want? I just checked and that one is available from both Izzy and f-droid itself, whereas the round version is only available from Izzy (though that one has foss in the name and the other doesn’t)

On my phone I use URLCheck (available in f-droid). You set it as your default browser app, but instead of opening a browser, it opens a popup where you can see the URL, and use some useful tools like removing tracking parameters or automatically rewriting x.com to xcancel.com. The rewritten URL can then just be forwarded to your actual browser (or whatever app is set up to handle that particular URL).
I still won’t actually open random qr code URLs though, especially not ones from google.

I wonder if you could make a case for false advertising here.

Lol that sounds awful. Like going back to the days where I needed to reboot to windows to play games.
I’ll just stick to games without rootkits or with them properly stripped out.

Reading through the list of acronyms, I dont really get the point of this. Does knowing PCIe stands for peripheral component interconnect express really help anyone understand what it is?

I don’t see any of these mentioned in this thread?
Also unifi isn’t an acronym, initialism, abbreviation, contraction, or other phrase which expand to something larger

Localsend doesn’t automatically sync files between devices does it? Afaik you can only send files as a manual thing you have to do for every file. They’re intended for different things.
They fixed it pretty recently. setting 0% darkness in KDE plasma (as in just holding the brightness down shortcut) used to result on a black screen.

No I totally understand. This is why I use podman personally. You can use the same images as you would with docker, even its compose is pretty much exactly the same I think.

Docker automatically opens ports your containers need through iptables. Because of this, it bypasses rules set by ufw, which is great.
Podman does not do this afaik, and since it only runs rootless it’s a lot less risky as well.
Sorry I am autistic and often don’t know how to properly formulate my thoughts into sentences :D
I don’t think I’ve ever been with a Dutch bank (or any critical/government service actually) that used captchas.
Some of the smaller online-only banks did start using those weird face videos with the colours for verification though.
